i tried to resize a gif. after uploading got a message "Error: File was not specified."
I love this site ... its really useful 
Yes it does,sometimes the quality of it comes out bad but it works,this is what I always use to resize animated gif.
it says: "update: you can now convert animated gifs" - yes you can, but its converted not into an animated gif but a normal gif.
