I Upgraded my yell box but after more than 10 hrs I still cant acess the added feature. Which means my account is still not updated. How much LONGER do i need to wait?

Im having problem with the height and witdh i cant change it. Even if I change the numbers the Height ang Width stays thesame. I placing this chat in my textbox in my site
